Mediterranean Feast
Citrus and honey baked Kalamatas. Almond
basil pesto served with warmed breads. Olive oil Penne tossed with Portabello,
Parmesan and balsamic reduction. Seared Catch Of The Day with a feta and
olive salsa, on a warmed Greek Rocket, Pear and Blue Cheese salad, herbed
citrus oil dressing. Seasonal Fruit Tart with cream. Special Note: the catch of the day will either be tuna, snapper or terakihi, depending on what is available fresh on the Island.
